Allium Antioxidant (Serves 1)

  • 3 – Stalks celery
  • 1/2 – Onion
  • 1 – Clove garlic
  • 1 – Spear broccoli
  • 1 – Apple

Apple Spice Cocktail (Serves 2)

  • 4 – Apples
  • 1 – Carrot
  • 1 – Stalk celery
  • 1 – 1 Inch piece ginger root
  • 1/4 tsp – Ground cardamon
  • 1/4 tsp – Ground nutmeg
